BJDC In Austin Texas!

We went to a Ball-Jointed Doll Convention in Austin, Texas and man was it fun!  The Convention was August 2nd - August 4th.  Here are some photos from day one.

Wow! A Whole Month Flew By!

Hi everybody.  Sorry it has taken so long for my post.  I can't believe how fast this year is going!  Can you?

OKay, back to business.  :)  I'm going to throw three sisters at you.  Meet Nora, Nelly and Natrice.  They all got "suited up" recently and love their new outfits.  They were made special for them by:  Vicki J's Corner.

They are 22" (56 cm) tall and made by artist, Kaye Wiggs of Kazekidz and are usually available at jpopdolls.net.  (These gorgeous versions are sold out.)

My sisters and I honor our Veterans.  Thank you for your service.

My Tiny Flying Monkey!

Isn't she cute!!  I shouldn't call her my "Flying" Monkey anymore because I dewinged her so she wouldn't fly away.  :)  She is 2.5 inches tall.  (a little over 6cm)   She is by artist, Daisy Dayes.  

Narae Is Back!!!

Actually, she's been back for a while and complaining about why I haven't shown off her new make up.  She flew all the way to the Republic of Korea for Poppy to give her the works.  (poppymind.com) Doesn't she look awesome?

Wow! 86 Degrees in April!

Hello.  I'm back early.  :)  We were outside taking photos and man was it hot!  We even waited until evening.  You probably think I am outdoorsy, but I'm not.  The sun is bad for my skin.  (and yours)  :)

My sister, Narissa would like to say hi.  "Hi!" (wave)  Narissa is 18 inches tall (45 cm). She is Fair Elf Nyssa by Kaye Wiggs.  Her dress was made by:  Janet's Dollhouse on eBay

Hey! I'm Here Early!

Wow! I can't believe I am actually posting before a month has passed. Congratulate me!  :)

OKay, on to the introduction.  Please meet my sister Tay.  She is a bit shy but she let me take her picture anyway. Tay is 22" tall.  Way taller than I am.  She just got a new outfit but didn't get the boots she wanted which is why she wouldn't let me show her feet.  :)  Welcome Tay!

I think taking photos, editing and posting them is hard work.  Kudos to those who do this regularly.  I will try harder.  Starting now.  :)  I am posting a photo of my newest sister.  She arrived today.  Right now she has decided to keep her name as Narae.  She is my height and build.  We don't know yet if she is going to keep her current hair and eye color.  She has to leave soon to have her make-up done so we will see her look when she returns.  Welcome Narae!

Now that the ice is broken, I will try to post pictures of my sisters on a regular basis.  It will take a looong time.  :)
